The wee underpass in the public park was taped off by police and there were officers there and a photographer... So PJ's people who walk through there regularly - wee warning haha.
Saw this on the D3 bus that goes over the actual bridge above it - so didn't get to see what was actually UNDER the tunnel - yikes!
